| Bio: | Cody happens to be the youngest of the second season team. He is a very wise and serious person. He practises the art of kendo and he is taught this by his grandfather. Cody's father was a police officer and was killed in the line of fire while protecting an important political figure. Cody's first encounter with a digimon was just after Myotismon's Siege of Odaiba. He was in the passenger plane that was saved by Garudamon and MegaKabuterimon, when a Kuwagamon froze one of the plane's wings, causing it to go on to a collision course. Cody meets Armadillomon and gains the Digi-Egg of Knowledge in episode two, along with Yolei. Armadillomon, in contrast with Cody's serious nature, is very easy going and relaxed. Cody was once said to have half of Izzy's knowledge and curiosity and half of Joe's sense and reliability. He became very curious of TK's absolute hatred of evil digimon, going as far as asking his brother Matt why he had become like this. He begins to understand TK's situation and this leads him to become his DNA partner. As mentioned above, Cody's family include his grandfather on his father's side, Chikara and his mother, unnamed. Cody's late father was called Hiroki. Twenty-five years later, Cody has become a defense lawyer, although "he has to keep buying new briefcases because Armadillomon keeps sitting on them." |
