Main Info ::.
By now you're probably used to the Super Smash Bros type of melee fighting that's been in a few Nintendo games the last few years. Rumble Arena 1 was introduced very late in the PS1's life and did a decent job, but didn't really capture the true feeling of melee combat. Rumble Arena 2 will make up for that, using the power of more modern video gaming systems.

Features ::.
- Digimon from all 4 TV seasons
- Unique moves for every Digimon
- Single and multi-player modes!
- Up to 4 players (not PS2)
- Unlock secret Digimon
- Earn Digipoints to Digivolve during battle
- Battle environments with hazards
- Available for three video game systems

Battle Enviroments ::.
One of the biggest things in this game are the new battle environments. They are much more detailed and interactive than those in Rumble Arena 1. Lava spews, glaciers crack, rock crumbles. There are a wide variety of places to battle, ranging from Toy Town to the Rain Forest. There are also secret levels to unlock. Still, some die-hard Nintendo fans won't think this game is enough to out-do Super Smash Bro Melee's original and highly entertaining, explosive environments.

Battling ::.
Now four players can go head to head at once, racking up points and DigiVolving. You'll easily recognize a lot of signature attacks from the show. Some feel the battle system is annoying. Instead of wining by reflexes, it all comes down to memorizing which buttons start the Digimon's special attack sequence. Super Smash fans will be disappointed. People seem to really hate how some Digimon can teleport to avoid falling off platforms and others are small and nearly impossible to hit, but ridiculously strong!

Digivolving ::.
Digimon can now DigiVolve to any of their forms during a battle. This is usally a bad thing though. After DigiVolution during battle, Digimon don't seem to become stronger at all. They become bigger, making them easier targets. The Digimon also gains an entirely different move-set, which isn't always a good thing. For the most part, it's actually a good idea to avoid DigiVolving.
